When hand casting (solid casting) is required, Gantz-Newman, LLC is equipped to meet the most demanding requirements.

The hand casting process allows us to use a virtually limitless variation of materials.  Parts can be made from polyurethane, polyester resin, epoxy, silicone and plaster.  Through the use of various materials and recipes we can replicate the look of stone, marble, granite, bronze, wood and clear acrylic at a greatly reduced cost.

Parts can be cast in any color or finished to meet your requirements.

Hand casting molds are generally inexpensive and can be manufactured in a few days.  For short production runs or prototypes, hand casting is the quick and economical solution.
