Gantz-Newman, LLC offers a wide range of services to assist our customers in the production of rotationally molded products.

We specialize in polyurethane elastomer (PE) rotational molding. Unlike polyethylene rotational molding, PE molding does not require expensive aluminum molds. Molds can be made from various low-cost materials including silicone, polyurethane, polyester and epoxy.

Low cost and fast to produce molds allow for lower per part cost and quick-to-market projects.

Our proprietary mold and machine interface designs are conducive to Just-In-Time supply chains. In most cases, there are no minimum run quantities. Customers enjoy the ability to order one part at a time, drastically improving cash-flow.
